Whether indoors or out, the MOJAVE GROM goes places that larger RC desert trucks can’t. It’s still built to the same high standards as other ARRMA vehicles. No compromises have been made when it comes to downsizing. With easy handling and solidity, you can be as aggressive as you want when sending the MOJAVE GROM through corners and over jumps.
The MOJAVE GROM is built to take any punishment you and the environment can dish out. Its robust composite frame is ventilated to help keep the onboard components cool, aided by a high-speed fan built into the electronics. Strong metal gears support the robust four-wheel drive transmission. Oil-filled shocks absorb impact. A polished MEGA 380 motor sends power via a closed-loop transmission to four dBoots Fortress tires that turn it into high speeds.
Even the Spektrum SX110 steering servo has metal gears – and it’s waterproof, as is the Spektrum SLT 2-in-1 25A Electronic Speed Controller and Spektrum SLT 2-in-1 Receiver, for hassle-free operation in any conditions. If you’re a first-time RC enthusiast, the Spektrum 2.4GHz SLT2 transmitter helps you safely learn the skills of control by limiting the maximum speed to 50% or 75% until you’re ready for anything. Recharging the Spektrum Smart 2S LiPo battery is easy too. Simply connect it to the Spektrum S10 Smart G2 Mini 2S USB-C charger using the included IC2 connector. In about an hour, the battery is safely recharged and ready for more fun.
The stylish MOJAVE Desert Truck body comes in an attractive red/black or blue/white finish. It attaches to the body using a secure but clipless quick release mechanism that even small children can easily handle. The wheels are colour coordinated with the body, and high-quality hexagonal hardware is used throughout the vehicle for reliability and simplicity.
You’ll find everything you need to run the MOJAVE GROM inside the box. ARRMA upgrade parts are also available to expand its capabilities, including the alloy axle and wheel hub assembly (ARA311231), aluminum shock assembly (ARA-1567), adjustable steering links (ARA340217), and a two-piece oil-filled differential assembly (ARA311193).
