Special orders that are agreed upon by communicating with us via WhatsApp, email, or any communication application that allows communication with us, no amount can be refunded after the transfer and requesting the agreed-upon products, and the customer is obligated to receive his order immediately upon his order reaching us or after the completion of the assembly and installation of the parts by us, and no compensation or refund of any amount can be made, and the products cannot be replaced or returned, because all parts or cars are a special order for the customer


This excludes cancellation of the order before the orders are completed by us after the transfer from the customer.


Gasoline cars that run on 91-95 or nitro fuel stations. Once the car is started after purchase for the purpose of training, the amount cannot be refunded, the car cannot be returned or replaced.



Electric cars after being operated by the customer and used cannot be returned or replaced.

After receiving your message, we will send a shipping policy to your email or via WhatsApp. All you have to do is:

Print the policy, attach it to the shipment, and deliver it to the shipping company we have previously agreed upon.


Important points you should know to avoid rejection of your return request:

  • The return request must be sent within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order. (This does not include special orders)
  • Discounted products are not subject to return.
  • The item must be in its original condition and without any changes (unassembled and in its original packaging) + the closure sticker must not be opened.
  • The amount of the return shipment will be borne by the customer if the reason for the return is related to the customer
  • Upon receipt of the product, we will check its condition, and then refund the value of the item within 7-12 working days, depending on the source of your credit card. If the above points are not adhered to, the return process will be considered rejected.
  • In case you receive (damaged and/or invalid item, wrong item) we will cover the return shipping fees and refund the full value of the item to you.
